I specialize in individual, couple, and group psychotherapy, with over 25 years of clinical experience serving the communities of San Francisco and the East Bay. I teach a variety of techniques and provide tools for you to increase creativity and success, for both your professional and interpersonal lives. This varies from short term problem solving, to long-term depth therapy. My approach is warm and compassionate, as I lead you through an interactive experience of cognitive and behavioral therapy that is individually designed to suite your needs. My methods and suggestions include sharing experiences, assigning homework and reading materials, community inclusion and pushing ones boundaries to achieve your goals. I refer clients to psychiatrists, therapy groups, recovery groups such as AA and NA, churches, synagogues or other spiritual communities. I am trained in Jungian Analysis for over 25 years, utilizing dream analysis, guided journeys, and the best alternative methods.
